Three things motivate me A. Getting to eat my exercise calories B. The fact that my appetite is easier to control when I do exercise (bit ironic aint it?) C. If A and B dont get me off my butt a peek at the little bit of flab left on my tummy usually does.

My grandmother used to make us take honey when we had a sore throat which sucked cuz I hate honey. Mint for a stomachache which actually works really well. Now when my stomach bothers me I have a cup of peppermint tea and it helps.

An 800 calorie deficit is less than two pounds a week. 1000 per day would be 2 lbs per week. However unless you have a lot of weight to lose you might find this to be counter productive. And 4 lbs in 3 weeks is a good loss.

Because my body burns about 1300 calories just existing. It burns another couple hundred from daily activities. Then another 500-700 from working out. Plus it burns calories when digesting. I have mine set for 1390 (half a pound loss per week) and then I eat my exercise calories back. So depending on my workout anywhere from 1700-1900

I think you should wear whatever bathing suit you feel most comfortable in. Im only 120 or lbs (I fluctuate) but I wore a one piece the other day cuz I felt a little bloated and wearing a bikini just wasnt gonna work.

Cook healthy meals and everyone has a portion size that is appropriate for them. IE grilled chicken breast and veggies, or a healthy soup.
