If you're set at a 500 cal deficit then you are still at a 378 calorie deficit so you won't gain.

Ijust went on one at the beginning of the month. I avoided the buffet and ate in the dining room. The portions were small (but didnt leave me hungry) so I didnt have to worry too much. And they have healthy options.

You can't spot reduce fat, you need to drop over all body fat percentage. I'd do a small caloric deficit (set MFP to .5 lb per week) and a mixture of cardi and strenght training. Drink lots of water and eat as little unprocessed food as possible. This should get you this quickest results

Try adding calorie dense foods that are healthy to your diet. Peanut butter is a good one. 2 tablespoons is usually 190 calories (this varies from brand to brand). Beans or rice are another good option

The site used to make my head spin too! Fortunately I was bored in class one day and had plenty of time to play around with it. I find if you go to all workouts and change the order to ascending on the little drop down thing you cant more easily find the workouts with no equipment.

They sell unsalted almonds and peanuts at Walmart. And they're fairly cheap :-) I actually get a lot of stuff there plain oatmeal, dry beans, plain pop corn kernals (I pop them in a paper lunch bag to avoid all the nasty oil/butter)

Thats nowhere near enough food though. Just because its low cal doesnt mean its healthy. And you need way more protein.

It worked for me. I was stuck at 118 forever. Upping my cals got me down to 115. Adding in strength training got me down to 112 (and a size4 :-) )

Im a mint chocolate chip ice cream lover. Sometimes I'll put 1/4 tsp mint extract in half a cup of greek yogurt and 1 tblsp chocolate chips. Dont eat a lot of processed crap and have whole, natural foods such a lean protein (chicken breast, lean beef, eggs etc), fruits, veggies, whole grains
