This is Christmas Eve 2010. My Dad unknowingly (to me) took this picture and I just found it in his camera last week. I thought I was 135ish when I started but after seeing this I cant help but think I may have been closer to 145-150ish This is my birthday this past March. I'm about 114 in this picture.

I know snakes arent all that uncommon a fear but my phobia of them is intense. Just seeing a picture of one makes me break into a cold sweat and start trembling. When I had to read Huck Finn in high school I had nightmares for weeks after reading the part when Jim got bit by a rattlesnake.

I think if you're curious try it for a month or two. If you find that you really can't cut out dairy or grain then go back to eating them. If you find you don't miss them then keep on the Paleo diet. Im 112 lbs. I eat 1600-1800 calories a day depending upon what my exercise calories are. At 150 lbs your BMR alone(what your body burns just existing and keeping you alive) is probably around 1500. Eating 1600 cals a day you'll still be at a significant deficit and lose.

I typically workout daily. When Im feeling burnt out or drained I take a day or two off. I doubt you'l overtrain on the elliptical though

Ive never been pregnant but I've found on days when I have the hungry horrors that if I really load my plate up with veggies at lunch and dinner with a side of lean protein that tends to help keep me full (Im talking 2-3 cups vegetables)

I don't even like talking my boyfriend that many hours on the phone let alone just a good friend. I don't think you are wrong in being suspicious.Also theres a big difference between going to hang with the guys once every other weekend and gabbing with another person 3 hours a day in my opinion

I mix peanut butter and plain chobani and put it in pastry bag. I squirt little bite size pieces onto a baking sheet and freeze. Theyre like little candies, but only about 15 calories each.
