That'll do it. You can lose the weight, it's hard, but you can. I think the previous suggestion about food choices is key. I use a food scale and it helps.

I like it. I know a few people have said they don't like the idea of the "free" items, but I think it works. Every one is different. I've just started using MFP again to compare the points with how many calories I'm actually eating, so I will have a better understanding. I think I can get you a free month if you want to…

Beans, lentils, egg whites. And actually, I don't have the package in front of me, but to my memory, lower fat string cheese doesn't have a lot of crap in it. Same with lower fat greek yogurts...

They both look great, so whichever you feel better in. Actually, forget that. Just take them both, and switch off. :)

I think you should get the Andouille. :)

You're both cute, too. But whierd's right. That other stuff is as important as looks, if not more so... Especially as relationships mature.

I think OP needs to realize that in 2013, not every girl is looking for a husband. Also, who references Joan of Arc?! And back off the flip-flops.

Dairy, eggs, beans, lentils, quinoa & other whole grains, protein powders, bread, cereal, nuts, etc. I'm not sure where you live but the US requires ingredients lists on just about everything, so I just read EVERYTHING before I buy. I find that dairy is "hidden" in a lot more things than gelatin. If you're concerned about…

Um... It's Father's day, so I guess I'll be calling my dad... Yeah, that's about it.

I was a well supplemented vegan, as are many these days. I also never had a protein or iron deficiency... My b12 stores never "ran out", because they were consistently added to. The only people I know with b12 problems are NOT vegans. I know of one who used to, but no longer does, despite being a vegan for greater than 30…

I did not, when I was vegan.

Neurological issues =/= crazy. I'm a vegetarian because I'm a vet tech and it seems to me to be a conflict of interest. I also never really liked much meat, and had to be forced to eat most of it when I was a kid. So, I guess I should amend that to say primarily, it's because it's natural for me, but it's not the only…

Unless you have a medical reason that you need to avoid sugar, it should be fine, and should not impact your weight loss as long as you're maintaining a calorie deficit. If it bothers you, simply remove it from the list, and you won't see it anymore. :)

Happy birthday! Don't feel guilty about celebrating - it's only once a year. :) Be happy that you have friends and/or family to celebrate with!

no.

Um... depends on how "brisk" brisk is for you. Are you trying to compete with someone? Are you settling a bet? Are you trying to better your mile? Brisk is a weird word by the way.

Are we assuming I'm in prison and have to choose a last meal? Because that's the only way I can imagine having food even be a concern. If I got hungry, I'd eat whatever was closest to hand so I could keep doing what I needed to.

I don't really understand what the problem is. You've said like 3 or 4 things you don't like. Is it a huge deal just not to eat them? I am a little confused by the "whole grains" grouping though... You have really tried every grain and hate every one of them? Or do you mean you don't like whole wheat bread/pasta and brown…

This. Turnips are one of the only foods I just can't stand. I do like the greens though, just cooked like any other kind of leafy cooking greens.

Talk to your friends about the 5K. Talk to your parents about other stuff that doesn't upset them.

Just a warm up, really...

If you need to do them on the same day, try weights, then cardio. Best to pick up heavy things when you're fresh.

I suppose it's possible that the caffeine did something to your appetite, or maybe made you feel more energetic. If you drank it black & sugar free, it has very few calories, so if you're someone who doesn't eat much if you have a lot of liquid in your stomach, that could have made a difference I suppose. I guess what I'm…

You lost me at naked bike rental. *shudder*

^^LOL!! This is me (but 2 cats & 2 dogs), and I'm a vet tech too. Maybe you should just save up and give yourself a cat fund for when you move out and have your own place where you can do whatever you want.

Or people watching...

Walk outside. Dance around your house. Jump rope. Walk or jog up and down the stairs. Anything that gets & keeps your heart rate up.

I've never had any problem with the clip. I do wear it on my bra though, and occasionally it will fall off - often because an animal kicks it off at work. The customer service is fantastic - I actually ran over the base with my car, and they replaced it, no questions asked. I think it's a fabulous little piece of…

If you're not entering all the meals, then the levels in your tracker aren't complete. I wouldn't worry about trying to eat more, unless after doing a very thorough tracking it's still low and a concern to your doctor.

I think I love you, Mr. Whierd.
