  • This is the same problem I was having. However, I think about it this way....Once I reach my goal, the cake, ice cream, cookies, brownies will ALL be there for me and then I can enjoy them. Its not like they are going to disappear so I just think about it that way then I can wait. Gives me something to look forward to.
