No I've been drinking about 8 glasses of water regularly for about 10 years now. It has always been a bothersome but I have always done it and just dealt with it. That's a good idea to walk to a different floor to use the rest room. Thanks!!!

I burn 800-1000 calories per workout session and it's very intense...I also wear a HRM....

Hello, I have had this same issue. I simply wrap my hair when I work out, when I get home I let it air dry most of the time, but I sometimes sit under the dryer as well so that it dries. But I wear my hair straight for the majority of the time or in a ponytail. Hope this helps.
