i had read that peanut butter usually separates but mine hasn't, i'm keeping it in the fridge its been there for 2 days and is still spreads easily.

weeks worth of breakfast planning...hadn't thought of that...good idea as its one of the meals i don't have to think of fitting in everyones likes or dislikes and try to keep it low cal. thanks!

i usually log before hand that way i know exactly what i am allowed to eat without going over and stick to it. i also find that i don't feel so hungry planning in advance and never have to add any suprise foods....works for me

if i'd lived alone i would have tossed much more..... so i really tried hard to ignore what was and still is there!

I don't know if this will help you or not, but I do eat later at night and have been successful with that. I don't eat big meals and stay within my calorie goal and always save some calories for a dessert or treat of some kind in the evening. ment to quote, sorry ! vut shes right

i generally eat what the rest of the family eats only smaller portions also i tend to use low fat ingredients, if they are having something like burgers for example i have a wholemeal pitta and chicken burger, with low fat mayo and low fat cheese..... less calories, and tastes yummy. :laugh:

i was driving on the motorway and this van passed by and the guy inside whistled and waved at first i thought i might have left the lights on or had a flat tyre but he kept smiling and looking at me, that kind of made my day! haven't told my husband yet though. :noway:

i've always though that 1000 kcals is the norm, no matter how much you exercise, i used this method in my teens and i worked prity well then, now a few years on its a bit harder but seems to work ok also :drinker:

sometimes i do, if i'm cooking just for me, but with two kids its hard to prepare meals that always fit into my diet.:smile:

when i started to log in to mfp i stopped drinking for a month and a half, i didn't miss it at the beginning but now i do allow myself the odd day, especially at weekends! :drinker: although i do try not to weigh in until at least two days later when its all out of my system.

i cook one meal for the evening and if anything is left over i usually serve it the next day for lunch with something or other to acompany it. :bigsmile:

i dont even pay attention as it changes every day according to the calories ive eaten, i doesn't work that way. :angry:
