i've only used mfp, i've tried other apps at the same time but find mfp to be the most complete although i do agree that alot of the food database is way off. i suppose i'm mostly dreading xmas coming up, there will be lots of temptaions and worried if i don't get those couple of kilos under control, i may lose the plot.…

i'm still logging my food and still having my weekly cheat meal, although i may not be as strict as th beginning i mostly keeping under my calorie goal.

the problem is i live in spain and these things a very limited here, sooooo.

i started running 6 months ago, and it took me about two months to be able to make the 5k, work on distance then the speed will come.

not breakfast but my boys are always home for lunch and we all together at dinner.

part of my problem is thet my husband and sons don't eat the way i do so although i try to make as many meals as possible that we can all eat (which is less often that more) if i make a large batch of anything i will be eating it for days on end, so i try to make small amoints of meals so i'm not eating the same food more…

i try to keep it around 1200kcals depending on how much i've exercised, but i have it set to 1500kcals... although i rareley come close that.

after reaching what i call my "realistic goal", i do have another weight goal and plan to lose at leat 5kg more, just have been taking it one atep at a time.

i only drink on weekends (we are only human after all) and its really worked well for me. feel free to add me if you like.

i do it every friday, although right back on satuday. works fine for me......

fidays night are always pizza, burger, hotdog etc... night, although they are almost always made from scratch, although i do have the odd skinny version mug cake during the week and fit them into my daily goals, it help keep cravings under control,

i had read that peanut butter usually separates but mine hasn't, i'm keeping it in the fridge its been there for 2 days and is still spreads easily.
