That's true, it does add calories to your daily target, but you should be consuming more calories if you're exercising, as your body will need them to repair itself and keep from going into starvation mode. MFP tells you in your food diary how many extra calories you've earned from exercise

I would think any activity that makes you sweat and breathe hard is a better work out for you than one that does not.

I read somewhere that drinking water actually helps to speed up your metabolism. If you aren't getting enough water, your body's metabolism slows down to conserve water, just like it does to conserve fat. So drink up!

I'm a decaf only drinker and find the decaf selection for k-cups to be a bit limited. But I love the Caribou Blend Decaf and Coffee People Donut Shop Decaf. Green Mountain Breakfast Blend Decaf was nice too.

you need to eat several small meals a day to keep your metabolism going, otherwise your body goes into starvation mode. Eating only once per day is not a good strategy for losing weight.

If you are not actually hungry, then brush your teeth or chew some gum to make the desire to eat something go away.
