Yep. I calculated it at about 118g. I'm not getting close to that at all with the way I'm going lately. I think I need to increase my eating overall. I'm doing really good at keeping my carbs under 100g. The thing is my appetite has decreased since decreasing my carbs so I feel full much faster.

I also have had a couple friends do it and they do lose weight but I'm not sure if it's the HCG or that they are only eating 500 A DAY! That's not healthy at all!
