All righty then, I did W1D3 and I did my squats then I took a shower followed by a nice long soak. . I'm good to go, until I wake up tomorrow morning.:laugh: :grumble: :laugh: I did 225 squats. Used a chair behind me to make sure these old wee girly legs made it back up. :bigsmile: Thanks for the challenge Batman !!

I finished the C25K last year and I'm redoing it. I could jog/walk after the first try and now I want to run. Looking ahead freaked me out too, and now that I already knw what's coming up guess what? I'm still freaked.:laugh: :sad: :bigsmile:

I also find that it isn't hunger that makes me eat at night its boredom. Mindless eating :grumble: I have to keep my hands busy doing something, I suggest some sort of crafting.
