I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on levothyroxine. Dr only did something about it when he felt a nodule on my neck in the area of my thyroid. They did Thalium test in nuclear medicine and then a ultra sound and found a goiter. Not big but still there. I have an appt coming up some of my symptoms have returned…

I have to change my goals. Seems running is out for me. I have arthritis in my lower back and the pounding of the pavement is just killing me. I can still do the walking but no more running. Let me think over my goals again and I will get back to you all. :frown:

Usually it is done 3 days a week. That is what I did. If the weather was bad ( I didn't do it on the treadmill), I would wait for better weather. Go at your own pace.

Hello Black Team ! :heart: I did an amazing 30 minute run this afternoon with Jim. Stayed with him the whole run until last 2 minutes where he put his finger in the air and circles it to tell me to pick it up. I said pfffttttt, he said he heard me in his head when he did it.:laugh: 2.2 miles..I can and will go further…
