yeah tomorrow is my weigh-in day and i was so pumped to weigh because i really watched this week! then i got my period and now i can't weigh for another week because i know i'll be heavier now :( lol

I have 3 goals for 2012 :) 1.) Make it to and maintain my goal weight (135-145lbs). 2.) Run again like I used to in Jr. High Cross Country LOL. 3.) Have a healthy body fat percentage (preferably 18-24%).

don't let a man tell you how you should look. base how much you wanna weigh by how YOU feel about yourself. he sounds like HE'S too thin actually. take him to McDonald's and order him a BigMac and order a salad for yourself to stick it to him more ;P

my goal weight is 135-145 :) i have medium size bone structure but my hips are sooo big! so i get what you mean lol. i might stop at 150 too if i look too weird!

Measurements measurements measurements!! :) You could be gaining major results there but not on the scale. I've only lost 7lbs but I lost inches since I've started. You're probably gaining muscle although you're burning fat. Since muscle weighs more then fat this is a common problem (I've had/have it myself). Keep working…

Skipping meals can cause weight GAIN even if you don't binge later :( it slows your metabolism. It's best to have 5-6 small meals everyday instead. It also depends on WHEN you eat dinner. Zumba is amazing! I recommend gym/club classes though... the DVDs I've tried aren't very effective and don't compare! :)
