I'm struggling with deciding what my final weight goal should be. I've gone anywhere from 135lbs-160lbs... So I'm just curious on your goal weights, why you chose that goal, and/or how you achieved/are achieving your goals :) :) Pictures, measurements, and/or height/weights are all appreciated!

Any sneaky ways to get in extra water?
I'm one of those "avoid drinking water if I can help it" people. Lately I've been drinking about 9 or 10 glasses each day but I find it torturous some days to get it down. Any tips or ideas on ways I can get in water without REALLY sitting there and forcing it down? Thanks! (:

My DVDs of choice are the Ultimate Body: Slim Down Fast and the Ultra Fat Burning Workout! I'm really pumped about this!

I have size 10 (11 if in boots) WIDE feet. "30 Day Shred" Questions..?
So I recently got the "30 Day Shred" DVD and I'm started tomorrow. Once I'm done with the 30 days what do I do to keep the results? haha :) should I just keep doing the workouts, or should I get a new Jillian DVD?
