McDonalds.. Or any greasy fast food for that matter. I never ate a lot of it before, but since starting my health journey I can't even look at it without feeling sick.

When I was 14 I was told I looked like a college student. Now I'm in college and I'm ALWAYS told I look 14.. It always bugged me, but I guess now I'll like looking younger as I age. Or so I'm told lol.

Hmm.. pay off my Dad's nursing bills, pay off school, buy a house, and donate some to charities are the first to pop into my mind. Then I'd probably spend it on eating healthier, buying clothes and shoes (fashion major.. :D), and just saving some for long-term. I've learned young after my Dad had his stroke you never know…

Maybe not REALLY slow walking but after time you can build up and go faster and faster, which burns more calories (: Starting off walking, speed walking, jogging, and then running is better for you anyways. Your joints build up stamina.

i started at 230lbs :) i'm at 200lbs now, but i still have about 60lbs to go.

either an apple, a laughing cow cheese wedge with a few wheat crackers, or a fiber one brownie :) if i have a chocolate craving, i'll have a half a cup of special k chocolate cereal with a little skim milk.

my stomach, waist, and back :) considering i'm "apple" shaped and carry all my weight there i'm pretty happy with that. i also lose in my face sometimes too.

fast food and baked goods! D: i also gave up pop, but i did that permanently, not just for Lent. i thought Lent would be a good start though!

5'4" 204lbs. 14/16. i'm pretty much a solid size 14 now except for a couple brands.

instead of eating 3 big meals a day i have 5 small meals (: my diary is open if you want to see. as for exercise, personally i exercise when i have time, usually at nights and i try to make sure i don't eat all of my calories back. i try to have at least 200 calories left over everyday after exercising.
