Go for a nice fast walk on your lunch. Easy does it on lunch, big salad maybe. Have a snack right before you go or on the way there. No bread during dinner. Drink LOTS of water, no dessert and ENJOY your lasagna!!!! It's okay to enjoy a different kind of food once in a while :-) I manage to fit 10 wonderfully flavored…

I think it's fine to work through the pain. If after a week it's not getting any better, maybe take a day off between levels. The first time I did bodypump I couldn't walk (forget stairs!), I hobbled back in 2 days and did it again and the pain got less and less.... It's good pain! Just like having a baby ;-) You are doing…

That's my problem anyway. But I'm not consistently under 1200. I was watching bulging brides yesterday on TV and they…

Hi there, I always have trouble for dinner as well because the meal has to be nutricious for my 1 year old also. One of our new favorites is a 4 egg omlette (which I'll share with him) with ham and onion (and cheese on his part). I'll also fry up some turkey bacon, and have a piece of ww toast. Delicious and very filling!…
