I'm interested to hear what happened after the 6 wks? Was it difficult to adjust to not taking caffine pills or do you just take them all the time now? What's happened with your weight/body fat when you resumed eating normal balanced meals? Or do you continue to eat this way now? How long has it been? Curious.

Good on you! I don't understand why people are so against taking medication that helps them? If you take them and they increase your serotonin levels to a point where you are less anxious/depressed, why stop? People with more serious mental issues tend to stop taking their medication when they feel they don't need it…

You know what I had a problem with (in regards to C25K)? Right now, I'm all about burning calories. If I take 30 minutes on level 1-3 on C25K I'm barely burning any calories as compared to 30mins on the elliptical. So I stopped. This is going to sound silly... but I can sort of 'sleep' through my workout when I do it early in the morning. Obviously I'll get tired and sweaty, but all of a sudden I'm done, lol. I can even elliptical for a few seconds with my eyes closed and catch a couple of zzz's hahaha. Okay, maybe I have a problem ;-)

My only advice would be to wear it only when exercising and go back to your nursing bra when you're not to avoid clogged ducts/mastitis.
