Hello. This question gets asked probably daily. And the answers range from eating none of their exercise calories to all of their exercise calories. Eat 1200 cals a day. When it comes to exercise cals, eat what you feel you need to be comfortable. That's my two sense.

Congrats on your lose so far! That's A LOT for one week. Don't get so discouraged. I'm sure you'll see a change next week. It's hard to give you any advice though without seeing your food/exercise diary. There are so many reasons why you may not have lost this week.

Aww poor you! I never gave up sammy's I have them on WW bread :-) They are thin slices though... But definately fixes my carb cravings.

Mine are gone as well :-( I'm blaming diet and the baby though... Other than implants I don't see anyway to re-gain other than put some weight back on, which is NOT happening.

I took depo for 7 years. The only reason I gained weight is because I quit exercising (figure skating full time) and kept eating the same food. Thats fantastic! I did the same thing last weekend. I found a whole bunch of new clothes that were folded up on the top shelf! I too didn't think I as small enough to fit into them. Keep up the good work! Maybe you'll find more clothes soon ;-)

That's a good question! I don't have the answer either. I've started working out 7 days a week (from 5, then from 6) to help get me through a platue and allow me some extra food treats sometimes. Is this a good thing to do? It just doesn't logically make sense to take a day off when the goal is to have a 3500 cal deficit…

Yes, if you're gym has some sort of weight circuit you should incorporate that into you're routine every 2nd day. Usually when you sign up to the gym you get an orientation and they show you how to use the machines. Good luck and keep up all your hard work!

I imagine you'll lose much more than 2lbs / week at 1200+excersice calories a day.... so it's up to you and how much weight you'd like to lose. Good luck!

You just have to make it part of your life. No motivation needed. Pack your workout bag everynight. Bring it with you to work. Don't go home till the job is done. Eating is another story... lol. Just think. Do you want to loose all your progress so far? NO WAY! Plan something special like a trip when you get to your goal…

This is totally a topic for your doctor! Buuut, do you exercise? It will always help to increase your energy 3-4 hrs post exercise.

I highly recommend a whole wheat weight watchers tortilla with 1 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter and 1/4 of a sliced banana. SOOO good. I eat 1 a day, even if I have something different for breakfast I have to get my PB wrap in there somewhere :-) 208 cals.

Kind of a broad question.... you have many many options. 1) Food. Pick healthier options if you go to a restaurant. Eating late at night opt for veggies and dip while he eats other junk food. You could always search for the diet pop cake on here... it's delicious! Search for other snacks too you can munch on that are lower…

I'd have the chicken fajitas, I'd ask them to bring only 1 tortilla. And after I was done eating that I would just munch on the chicken, onions and veggies :-)
