Since I'm a vegetarian I always bring my own lunch from home to the conference room where everyone else is eating catered.

I make sugar free treats (no splenda) and I drink shakeology and that has curbed my sugar cravings.

I think you need to go to bed earlier if you're getting up at 5pm. I saw a sleep doctor once and he said me sitting at my computer desk with a bright desk lamp wired my body to stay awake. Yes I had this problem when I lost weight. That meant I had to either go down a size in pants or buy pants with a drawstring.

I go to 3 hour zumbathons a few times a year and what I do is eat a big meal before I go, like lasagna, or something with carbs. It takes me 30 min to get there so the food as time to settle. You can also bring a protein bar to eat mid-way through.

I would eat rice and beans & pasta. So I would just need to buy fruit and one vegetable for the week.

My diary is public to friends. I use the recommended goals. I ignore the sugar because I would always go over with fruit. I do think it's important to watch fats though because it forced me to cut back on my cashews.

I used to use vega and sun warrior but I found myself adding other supplement powders to it and still taking vitamins, so now I only drink shakeology and that covers all my nutritional needs.
