I eat breakfast, exercise, then skip lunch and indulge on dinner.

I walk every day during my lunch break for an hour in addition to my regular workout before or after work. However even with exercising twice a day, I never lost weight until I started logging all my food regularly here.

I go for a walk during my lunch break at work to get more exercise in and because I always pack my lunch for work I eat it at my desk afterwards.

135 is my happy weight.

I lost no weight in January, so for February I gave up alcohol and the scale started moving. I also keep a physical food diary so I can look at it a week at a time. I place red dots on bad meals, then I could visually see that I was having 3 bad days a week in January. Sleep is the most important thing, you can't function…

I didn't like the taste of Arctic Zero. the Today Show did an interesting segment titled "Can you believe diet frozen dessert labels? Tests show that some products have up to 68 percent more calories than labels promise." Turns out Weight Watchers bars and Arctic Zero (protein) ice cream had more calories than their labels…

It could be anything, maybe you ate salty food and it's water retention. Maybe you haven't made a deposit in the toilet yet.

You're used to feeling full stuffing yourself silly, you have to get used to your new normal of just fueling your body with just what it needs.

I make shakeology with fruit in the morning then take it to work and have it as my afternoon snack. It's always been fine.

I try to eat a meal before going so I'm not hungry at all and can't even think about eating. Otherwise I bring popcorn from home.

My advice is to go to the gym on Saturday or a long bike ride, burn 1000 calories, then you can enjoy your binge.

I did two 5Ks this year and it really is a beginner race for those just getting into running. While I ran, there were plenty of walkers.

I don't worry about it because the fat I eat is healthy - coconut oil, peanut butter, cashews, avocado, tofu.

I enjoy shakeology for my afternoon snack, extra protein, and vitamin fix.

I moved the candy jar off my desk at work when I started there. You just have to try all the candy, realize you don't like it, and move forward.

I buy egg whites in the carton, same protein but low in cholesterol. Not that my cholesterol is a problem, but if I'm going to be eating this daily I should be careful, hence I also don't salt my eggs. I also get the benefit that it's low in calories. When logging in my breakfast that really helps!
