Honestly some things you should never eat ever. If a friend buys a funnel cake you can have one bite. I always bring food with me to festivals so I don't need to buy anything.

That's what I do. I eat the same breakfast and lunch for a whole week. Just makes it easier to plan.

I'm not a morning person either but just going to bed early allows me to wake up early with no problem. I have an alarm on my phone that tells me its bedtime.

Get what you normally like but ask a co-worker in advance if you can share a plate. If not, then just take one helping of rice onto your plate and one helping of the meat/sauce dish onto your plate and that's it!!! Don't take home leftovers.

"almost" and "full" vegetarians really are accurate, you either are or aren't 100%. To avoid confusion you can refer to yourself as a pescatarian.

I pig out on cruises and don't gain a pound. My secret is I do active shore excursions (usually snorkeling) then workout in the gym on ship everyday. I went to two zumba classes this week and I haven't been in months. The teacher was super intense and even though I ate before class to give me energy, I felt pooped out 20 minutes into it but there was no way I was going to quit because I needed that 400 calorie burn! It's all about your attitude.

Do you wash your strap in the washing machine once a week? If you've had it less than 6 months they will replace your battery for free. If longer than that, you pay $20. They sent me a new chest strap, it's a new model than my old one, and now things are better.

I drink shakeology as my afternoon snack or protein shake after lifting weights. It gives me energy and tons of vitamins that are not in any other product on the market. I prefer extra firm, I marinate it in soy sauce and garlic then bake for 45 min at 350F, then it's delicious.

I stopped eating this years ago, plenty of desserts on the market made without it. For my tea I use stevia.

I don't worry about the sugars in fruit, however I do stay away from grapes.

I buy the cinnamon raisin flavor and find its moist enough that I don't need butter for it, shocking I know. I eat it with my eggs at breakfast. The reason I buy it is because of how healthy it is for a bread. I keep it in the freezer and put it in the toaster when I want a slice.

I believe the saying that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. I exercise so I can eat more, once I enter in my exercise calories I get a larger number of calories to eat! I lift weights to tone the shape of my body (no cottage cheese thighs or wiggly arms) and increase my metabolism.
