1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 c strawberries, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 1/2 tbsp almonds - blend til smooth.

I love to make my rice with coconut oil. It adds a nice taste to it. very delicious. Then I just mix with low sodium soy sauce and tonnes of veggies.

My breakfast almost every morning is 3/4 c cottage cheese, 1 pkt splenda, 2 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 c pineapple. It is seriously delicious. Sometimes I add 1 1/2 tbsp slivered Almonds. This equals approx 270 cals :)
