  • Probably close to 12lb difference.. I am losing slow, but I continue to exercise and eat right most of the time and the weight doesn't always drop as much as I would like but the inches keep coming off.. My goal is if I lose it slow then I will be more likely to keep it off. We'll see. :smile:

  • Go back to the basics... Body squats, jumping jacks, sit ups, crunches, push-ups, lunges, dips, pull-ups... However, purchasing some hand weights is not going to be a bad investment... Adding weight doing the basics is only going to help you tone up a little quicker. Hope this helps!

  • I wasn't down 20 by Halloween but my net loss was down... Moving in the right direction! Good job everyone, and thank you Caripta85 for putting this together... It definately was accountabilty. Now on to a new challenge!
  • I would like to join too.. SInce the holiday season is the hardest for me to maintain this is a great opportunity to keep me motivated. My goal is to lose 12lbs by Christmas Eve. I'll be weighing in on Monday mornings!

  • Down 1.3lbs this week.... :bigsmile: I have to weigh every week to keep myself in check! Yeah for this challenge. I won't be down 20 by halloween but if I am down 8lbs that is an average a pound a week, and for me that is acceptable. Going to set some new mini goals after this challenge is over. Any suggestions.   • Down 0.4 not great but moving in the right direction. I think I am a down a total of 3lbs since I joined this challenge. Plus where has the rest of the team been? We have 4 weeks left of this challenge we might as well make the most of it :)

  • Thanks for all the advice... I had a dr appt today and the doc said get rid of them... So.. since I am more likely to stick with something if I gradually cut it out of my diet.. I am going to gradually cut back and still have one on special occasions.

  • The older I get the more I like coffee... But it's usually not my first choice. I have picked up more crystal light, but probably still not enough of just plain o water.
