I just did this using frozen cauliflower florettes and it turned out great! Plus, no cleaning! :) I also sprinkled them with parmesan cheese. OMG SO YUMMY! The best part of my day so far! lol

I just had to reply! Jillian Michaels is killing me too! I just started level 2, and I wanted to die all over again. Ugh! The best thing I can say is at least she can't hear me swearing at her, and I can squish he face between my weights! lol

The key for me is NOT to be hungry! There's lots of things you can eat (vegetables for one), that have low calories but can fill you up. If you're hungry, you'll cheat. It's as simple as that for me, hope that helps!
