I make a lot of casseroles for my daycare kids. Kraft.com is a good place to look. I love meals that have veggies and everything else all in one bowl/plate. You can also change the recipes a bit to make them a little healthier. Lighter cheeses or milk, WW pastas or breads. :) Good luck!

What about things like corn bran, fruit leather, apple sauce, or popcorn? Has he tried Soybutter? My sister has a peanut allergy and eats that instead of peanut butter. She loves it. He could put soybutter and sf jam on rice cakes, it's my favourite snack! (With pb though...)

Can I just say - YOU SHOULDN'T BE HUNGRY!!! If you're hungry, eat. I know it's hard, but try choosing something low cal that will fill you up. A glass of milk, some cereal, fruit, veggies. I like to snack on cucumber or yogurt when I'm hungry and I feel better. Being hungry will make you eat bad food and feel guilty about…

My lunch today was 1 egg on a dempsters body wise wrap with a fat free cheese slice, a slice of fat free ham, and a little ketchup. So yummy!

My best advice is drink LOTS of water! If you want a treat, drink water first. Then treat yourself, but be reasonable about it. Don't go over board. :) The water will help fill you up first so you'll eat less and also help with weight loss!

Good idea! But I'd rather eat it and suffer the wrath of the elliptical later. ;) Christmas chocolate is my favourite!! Bring on the terry's chocolate oranges and Lindor! lol I could really use some bigger hand weights. Maybe Santa will bring me some!

My body deffinately pays me back for my bad choices!
