here's my challenge for today! i wanted to make it light but challenging at the same time.

start and end your day with an 8 oz glass of water :]


cardio
60 seconds jogging in place
50 jumping jacks
30 seconds of jump rope (without rope)
50 jumping jacks
20 knee lifts for each leg - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbqgsI57_d8 (with or without ball - try to improvise)

strength
50 bicycle crunches
15 push ups
50 crunches
20 lunges with arm curls - (water bottles etc)
30 squats
