here's my challenge for today! i wanted to make it light but challenging at the same time.
start and end your day with an 8 oz glass of water :]
cardio
60 seconds jogging in place
50 jumping jacks
30 seconds of jump rope (without rope)
50 jumping jacks
20 knee lifts for each leg -

strength
50 bicycle crunches
15 push ups
50 crunches
20 lunges with arm curls - (water bottles etc)
30 squats

Love you challenge, wish I could do this, but we're about to head out the door...I may have to hang on to this for tomorrow.

Done! Doubled the pushups and added 30 tricep dips! GREAT little workout!!! Thanks for posting!0
