Do a search for imagymrat's posting on post partum belly exercises. She is a trainer. Really great ideas. Good luck.

Congratulations! You're awe-inspiring. Keep up the good work.

Love it - not too hard, you get cardio and weights in at the same time.

About the make up thing, I too work out after work and am made up. Normally, I also would look like a panda, but my eyeliner and mascara are fabulous and stay on despite the buckets of sweat - the brand is Make Up For Ever and it really does stay on.

My girls eat everything as well but they really get a kick out of bringing leftover dinner from home (pasta, chicken, salads, etc.) On a busy day, I will pack sandwiches and baby carrots, edamame, and whatever fruit is handy. They do get a bit busy during lunch, so yours may not eat as much especially in the beginning. My…

Come on, get up and get going! You just got to get started! If you don't want to weigh yourself, then don't. Take a walk, run, go to the gym, put in a tape, anything... Tell yourself just a half hour today - you can do it!

I vote gym membership as well. L.A. Fitness is about $29 dollars per month and you get lots of equipment, classes, pool, sauna, personal trainers, etc.

I have these - they work pretty well - I have odd shaped ears and have the same problem. Maybe you could use bobby pins? http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921665376493 These look interesting:…

I totally hear ya! What I'd give to be my "20 year old fat" version and though I have made progress in the past 75 days, I still see so much room for improvement. Let's remind us to take it easy on ourselves, ya?

I pretty much hate all of them, especially folding clothes and getting them back in the closet - however, I don't mind washing dishes by hand and watering plants.

Cleaning can wait - go work out!

Hi - I breastfed my two girls until they were 3 and I'm night-nursing my 16 month old. From my experience, it's best to listen to your body when it comes to supply. You need to consume those calories because your body needs it to make milk (it's fuel). If you're nursing full-time, you will see some weight change. It may…

There's a workout out there where you can use baby as a weight (LOL) http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art9571.asp. My baby is 16 months old now and he thinks it's so funny. The Slim in 6 series is pretty good and can step you up gradually and is a cardio/resistance training combo so it's a timesaver. Good luck and have…

Cool Whip Lite and Fat/Sugar Free Jello Pudding mix = chocolate mousse (someone else posted this - so I can't take credit - but I did try it - it was good!)

Happy, happy birthday!

Food tracking has helped me a lot - in fact, I think it has been the one thing that has made a big difference. At the beginning it felt like I was completely blowing it but I told myself I would just keep going - no matter what those numbers say. You will find yourself making better choices as there's nothing like seeing…

I know a lady who just downs at least 2-3 glasses of water right after she wakes up and then with meals - she gets them out of the way faster I suppose. I just keep the water in front of me all day so I can see how much more I need to drink. Good luck!

Good for you! Yay for not giving up!

I got my polar f6 from sears for just under $53.00 (has a chest strap, normally around $100 not on sale).

Congratulations! Wow!
-
Sorry you're having a bad day - sorry especially for the no hot water. Hang in there. Hugs to you.
-
Sorry for the news... What a bummer. Maybe a 2nd opinion?

He's an adult, he can cook what he likes. Hide your snacks. Good luck and hugs to you.

Congratulations! You look amazing. What an inspiration!!

I think there's a tank top/cami thing called Yummie Tummie you might want to check out online - they had it on Oprah and it kinda smooths everything into place (supposedly without cutting off your circulation...)

I have 3 kids (9, 7, and 15 months) and I work full time and am a volunteer youth leader on the weekends... I go to the gym 6+ days a week - I am able to do this with a great support system in place. Also, exercise time is ALONE time so I do tend to make it a priority. You got to want it to make it happen.

I once e-mailed Woodranch BBQ for their nutritional information - they said they don't have it, but e-mailed me a comparable value which was still pretty high, so I said - "with numbers that high, I wouldn't publish those either," and I got a huffy response back about it's not because they don't want to publish the…
