  • What kind(s) of protein have you used? The couple that I tried were not very good mixed with coffee.
  • What the heck, I'll join in. Starting weight - 313 Current weight - 268 I have been at it for 4.5 months, lost about 45 lbs so far, still have a ways to go.
  • Yeah, I always log all of my food/drinks, except for my cheat day. I don't ever eat back burned calories, I just look at them as extra credit lol.
  • I donated blood here at work for a blood drive, when they took my blood pressure, it was 117/79. It hasn't been in the "normal" range for a long time. I've only lost 33 out of the 100 pounds I am aiming for, but it still felt pretty amazing!
  • This is why they tell you to only weight yourself once a week, and at the same time. Like always in the morning, or always in the evening, etc. There can be a lot of fluctuations throughout the day.
