Thanks for your responses. I do loose weight all over but becasue I am still heavier in my legs I have a hard time finding pants that fit me. I have to go up a size larger for pants to fit my legs but then they are way too big in the waist. My boyfriend is really supportive and loves my curves. I would feel much better…

I try to distract my self with something else and drink water. That way if the distraction isn't completely working I feel full so I don't end up eating. Walking is good too!

Don't get too worried that you haven't lost yet. My body does the same thing but then after all of the sudden I step on the scale and Bam! 2-3 Lbs lost. It's wierd, I know but that's just what happens for me. When I lost weight on Atkins before it was that way too. If you're not gaining I would just give it some more time…

I am totally doing the Atkins thing. This site has been really nice becasue Its easy to put your food in and see where you are at for your carbs for the day. Yeah, I agree about the fat. I'm never at my goal for fat becasue I eat a lot of chicken and some fish. I do have the occasional burger though. I am always over on my fiber goal which I think helps some.

Well I really want to keep it off this time around. I gained some of it back before. Also I just started watching my carbs 16 days ago. You always loose more in the first week to 2 weeks. I want to make sure that I continue losing.
