My RRRAAAWWWRRR moment was this morning when I stepped on the scale and have lost 3lbs since my doctor told me after my last physical 2 weeks ago that my body had hit its set point and I wouldn't be able to lose any weight Take That Doc.

Cathe has alot of workouts that are strictly weight workouts with heavy lifting or whats heavy to you. I also second KCM's workouts.

Kelly's workouts are only 30 minutes with warmup and cooldown.

Kelly Coffey Meyers 30 minutes to Kickboxing and Total Body Kickbox are really good ones, they are my go to workouts when I don't feel like doing anything else. She also has a boxing one that is really good. Her website is Coffeyfit.com.

Cathes Xtrain isn't all Hiit there is some Low Impact HiiT work and Tabata and Kickboxing it has been alot of fun. I don't own STS so I can't comment on that one.

I am sorry OP but have you ever looked at a Cathe workout program you will find that her STS program is pretty intense and based on heavy lifting, I do agree that 30D Shred is not a heavy lifting program but you shouldn't knock all of them.

The first time I did the step stuff I would get confused but when you do the workouts the next time around they are easier. I really enjoy this set I didn't buy STS but I did buy the Low Impact Series and it and Xtrain have become my favorites.

Hi, I am on week six of the 90 day rotation and having really good results you can't go wrong with any of Cathes workouts she is the best.

I rarely post but I have to say this is the kind of picture I would love to have posted in my gym if I new how to find it and just because one of her boobs is bigger then the other doesn't mean anything my are natural and my left one is bigger then my right one and no its not photoshopped.

I have just recently started going to a personal trainer and she recommended I use myfitnesspal to log my calories, she doesn't try and give me nutrional advice.

I workout at home and I dress up in cute sports tanks and yoga pants it just makes me feel good even though no one sees it but me.

I have this one and it to uses the board and there is alot of running, pushups, jumping jacks and situps.

The Gym Styles are excellent wt. workouts and all of her cardio is good just depends on how much intensity you want. I own everything but STS and I would recommend any of her workouts.

Forgot to add bra straps won't stay up I have to shorten them don't really want to buy new bras yet.

Jeans that I bought last year and could never wear I can now take the tags off of them. Shorts that I bought this summer can be pulled off without undoing the button and I accidentally put on a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear for at least a year I can now button and zip.

Ryka has a selection of aerobic shoes you can look on zappos at different brands and what they are used for.

I haven't seen where anyone posted this but Cathe is coming out with a new Low Impact series that is more joint friendly but just as tough as her other workouts.
