One doesn't and one does. The one who does gets to hand out in his cage where he takes a nap while we exercise.

Depending on what you are trying to get under control yes and no. It may take longer for something like good cholesterol to come up. That said, both my husband and I have gotten our levels under control. Me I have my TSH in check. Him-he was able to totally get off cholesterol meds. Don't get upset if the numbers aren't…

The only thing that would make that better would be a bouquet of crispy bacon!
For the record: the chicken flavored dog toothpaste does not taste like chicken at all. My dogs haven't used the beef flavor.
ROFLMAO!!!!! But I'm still feeling like vomiting!

My first reaction was YUM bacon and a sweet milkshake, got the sweet & salty thing going on. Then I read that it's just bacon flavored. <--this reminded me of the Beef and Chicken flavored toothpaste I bought to use on the dogs. I gag EVERYTIME I try to brush their teeth with it. There is just something wrong with meat in…

I HATE the treadmill. The only way I can stand it is doing it at home and watching my shows that I've DVR'd. That's what gets me through. Now what I really like is walking/running outside. I do it until it's too slick on the sidewalks here in Chicagoland. I RARELY do the treadmill at the gym-too boring. If I run/walk at…

Your list and add: -30 min more a day exercise -eliminated all gluten from my diet (I have Celiac Disease) -eliminated all caffeine from my diet (cuz I was too dependent on it) -eliminated all artificial sweeteners-read up on the bad side effects of them. The minute I drink a diet pop (not literally) I get ringing/itching…

Nope, I DO IT!!!!! Seriously though we can't do much as the morality police start barking (we have two Shelties). We do get our little grabs in though on the sly!

OK, I checked out the last few days of your diary. You are eating a lot of protein which can stop you up. I found that 2 salads a day is a MUST for me. I did see you are eating lettuce twice a day. I find that iceberg and romaine do *kitten* (no pun intended) for me. I buy the mixed greens and add veggies to my salad to…

Choose something you can live with. TODAY. I find I fail if I decide to make a ton of changes all at once. Make a list of what you want to do and then prioritize it. Choose ONE THING from that list you want to change THIS WEEK and DO IT. Like drink 8 glasses or more of water a day. Don't beat yourself up if you don't do it…

I'd have to say the day we got married. It was such a beautiful day and we were so damn happy!

In the copy room at work. He was trying to fix the printer-he was our new IT guy! We had a secret romance at work for 3 months and were engaged 4.5 months later. That was 15 years ago! Edit: I almost didn't go out with him as I thought he was over my age limit (I had a limit of 10 years older and 3 years younger!). Turns…

I'm sure others have already said this, but I'll say it again. It's all about being in the right frame of mind. I've TRIED to lose weight more times than I can count on both hands. None of those times was I really invested in it though. If I didn't see success immediately I gave up. This time I'm in the right frame of mind…

When I lived in California I worked in a building where we shared our bathroom with other companies. You had to have a key to get in the ladies room as there had been several instances of perverts watching ladies in the stalls. ANYWHO, there were a few companies on our floor that were all employed by folks from other…

How beautiful you are. Great job on the weight loss and thanks for sharing!

I cut out artificial sweeteners from my diet 5 or 6 months ago based upon a lot of online research and feedback from some of my friends. I'm so glad I did it. A lot of the weird things I had with my body went away. The minute (not literally) I cheat and have something with Splenda/Nutrasweet/etc. in it I get symptoms back.…

I had to buy online as I'm 36JJ and noone sells sports bras in stock that size. That said I love my Shock Absorber!

Yep, mine create a human sandwich between us. Pretty funny the last few nights as the puppy (almost 2) has jammed himself as far up to the wall between our heads as possible. The dog who's afraid of nothing is all of a sudden afraid of something we can't tell what!

My vote would be #1 a George Forman grill and if that's too expensive right now you can get my #2 an electric skillet for under $40 at Target. Best of luck!

Chobani non-fat yogurt (with or without fruit) ham slices (low sodium) cottage cheese with fresh fruit or tomato slices

I like a little of both. I don't want my man to be HUGE on top with chicken legs. I like muscle definition, but he doesn't have to have a six pack either!

OMG I would have never noticed that. I just about pee'd my pants when I read this. Thanks for the laugh Carl! The one thing that tells me they are models is the lack of body hair. As nice as they look, I'd rather have a REAL man KWIM?!

Holy SMOKES. It's like you are a totally different person. I would not have figured the two pictures were of the same girl. Congrats on the awesome job! Keep up the great work!

Sorry if this is a repeat, I didn't read through all of the responses. I do low carb myself as a. it works for me and b. I have Celiac's Disease and cannot eat most carbs. That said, this is not a DIET, it is a lifestyle. She will forever be yoyoing or on the roller coaster of diets if she thinks she's just going to eat…

Heh heh, I put my wet things (from swimming/water aerobics) all over a bench and leave it there until I'm dress and can wrap it up in a towel. Mind you, I do clean up after myself, but I get a lot of dirty looks!
