Does anyone else have this problem? It doesn't matter if I exercise or not, stay within my calories or not, I'm ALWAYS TIRED. I'm so sick of it. I've had all my stuff tested every 3 months and there is nothing wrong with me. Any ideas how to jump start my energy?

Electrolyte Drink Without Sugar or Artificial Sweeter and Lo
Can anyone recommend a drink to replace electrolytes during/after heavy exercise? We've been looking everywhere and the only ones that are sugar free also have Sucralose or some other artificial sweetener. We're following a low carb diet and staying away from the artificial crap. It's amazing to me that noone around us…

Success with T4 and T3 Meds?
I've been on T4 meds only for almost 4 years. It took me being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and going totally Gluten Free before my TSH got to a normal level. My quest is this, has anyone else here had NORMAL TSH between 0.3-2.0 and still had symptoms i.e. hair loss, brittle nails, fatigue, hard to lose weight, etc. and…

AWESOME Herbed Chicken Parmesan
OMG, I bought some new Cooking Light special magazines and finally tried a new recipe. This was so darn good I cannot believe it. Pretty healthy too! I made mine with gluten free bread crumbs of course and a few different cheeses i.e. Parmesan, romano, & asiago mix instead of plain parmesan and italian cheese blend instead…

Good Low Sodium Beef Jerky?
I did a search on here and didn't get any results for this. Do any of you have a brand you buy that is tasty? We're trying to watch the sodium while amping up the protein. Jerky is great for the protein, not so much the sodium!

My Dilemma
So I really want to go to my water aerobics class tonight now that I'm free of PT for my shoulder. I ALSO want to do weights too. My dilemma you ask? The class is at 7 and there is no way I can get home, dressed, packed and do the weights BEFORE the class. I know the optimal is to do the weights BEFORE cardio, but in my…

AWESOME Low Carb Breakfast
OK, so I've been kind of disenchanted with my usual scrambled eggs and turkey sausage crumbles. I went to pull the plain goat cheese crumbles instead of the sausage to find that there was no plain crumbles. SO, I decided to try the Onion & Basil flavored goat cheese crumbles since I have that for my salads. OMG those are…

Holiday Chuckle
I just had to share this as I'm still laughing my *kitten* of about this. My brother in law asked me for the recipe below. I sent it to him weeks ago and last night I get the following message: "My dough turned out super dry, is the coffee brewed or grounds? Seems like there's a liquid that’s either missing or lacking." I…

Gluten Free Protein Bars
Thought I'd post this as I started having issues today and couldn't figure out what was causing it. ANYWAY, I've been buying the thinkThin bars as they are pretty decent on calories for the amount of protein you get. Well today I started having some gas issues and I wondered WHAT THE HECK DID I EAT? The only thing…

Restaurant RANT
I just want to get on my box for a minute and rant about chain restaurants. YOU WOULD THINK in this day and age a "quality" seafood chain that rhymes with Slap Your Ho would have nutritional information readily available. BUT NO, I call them and the Manage tells me they have no idea what the calories are on the dishes that…

Does anyone have any recommendations for good tasting, lower calorie, lower sodium breakfast sausage? Bra Chafing Question
Hi Ya'll! I FINALLY fit in the sports bras I bought 10 years ago but now I have an issue. They have a seam that has rubbed my skin raw at my collar bone area on both sides. The area has finally scabbed over, but I need ideas. I wore bandaids over the areas the last two times I ran, but it still seemed to make it worse. I…

OMG MICE!!!!!
I used to think that only dirty people had mice. That is until I bought a Tri-Level house with a crawl space. The first year was fine, but then the second year the village tore up the sidewalk in front of my neighbors house and unearthed a nest. They ALL came to my house as we only have dogs, no cats. We've been battling…
