OK, so I've been kind of disenchanted with my usual scrambled eggs and turkey sausage crumbles. I went to pull the plain goat cheese crumbles instead of the sausage to find that there was no plain crumbles. SO, I decided to try the Onion & Basil flavored goat cheese crumbles since I have that for my salads. OMG those are the best tasting scrambled eggs!!!!!

Here's the Macro's for 3 eggs with 1 oz. of the cheese:

Calories-280
Protein-26
Fat-20
Carb-5
Sodium-300

That sounds awesome! Where do you find the goat cheese crumbles? A specialty store or would some place like walmart carry them?

I get them at my local grocery store, but I'm not sure Walmart would have them. The brand is Montchevre. Here's what they look like:

I do believe my Jewel or Dominicks carries this as well. I just go to a local place as it's cheaper!

A macro is the short term for 'Macronutrient', which your food content is broken down into:

    Calories
    Carbs
    Protein
    Fat
    Sugar
    Sodium
    Fibre
