Food Scale

Good Morning All. Thought I'd share tip for anyone looking to buy a decent food scale. We had one digital Taylor scale that we loved, but were always fighting over it when making a meal. Last week I went to Bed Bath & Beyond and they had the same one with the addition of Biggest Loser on it. The scale only costs $19.99 and if you have a 20% off coupon only $15.99. OR if you have a $5 off it would be $14.99. WELL worth the money to make sure you are only eating a portion size.
We found when we started weighing our food that when things say 1/4 cup but then have the ounces in parentheses that 1/4 was WAY more than the ounces.

I agree, when I started weighing my food it really opened my eyes as to how much I was actually eating (previously!)0
