yeah when i look at myself day to day I dont see ANY change, but i dont feel as bloated as i did before and groggy so that is a good sign!

Well i've only been eating clean for less than a week and i actually dont feel bloated! Obviously it's such a short time but i dont feel as "groggy" but i am still a bit tired, but perhaps that is attributed from working out haha

Congrats to you too!!! So exciting. Vegas is a good motivator too! I have never owned a bikini so that would be a good thing fo rme to shoot for as well! haha. The Bikini goal is good though - i wish you all the best of luck to achieve that goal :)

yeah yesterday I did a mile on the treadmill and it wasn't too bad it did take me 15 minutes haha at 4 mph but I'm gonna try today to get it under 14 minutes!

Thank you for the helpful advise! Yeah I can do a mile without totally giving up its mostly after that one mile that I'm dying lol I've done a 5k and that wasn't too bad but I didn't prepare myself for it which was my mistake. Do you find that running outside versus inside makes a difference?

I've done some of it! It's alright I like having the gym environment doing a workout at home doesn't motivate me :(
