  • I could live off of oatmeal! The variations are endless! You should give overnight OIAJ (oatmeal in a jar) a try! I tend to use old peanut butter jars haha. The night before, combine: 1/2 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup almond/soy/normal milk 1/4 cup greek yogurt (or ignore the yogurt part and just add 1 cup of milk...or 1/2 cup milk…
  • I like to have fun with my snacks and make combinations! Apple with PB & cinnamon "Banana split" with honey & cinnamon (sometimes I get crazy and add pb and raisins) greek yogurt w/ honey and fruit carrots & hummus ants on a log (celery, pb & rasins) trail mix frozen mangoes (helps you eat slower and less)
