Protein, protein, protein. If you have at least 30grams of protein in the morning (within 30 mins of waking up) then eat a good breakfast it should help keep you full until lunch. Eat a protein rich lunch and dinner have a smart snack. Also drinks lots of water.

I usually try to drink fat free milk or drink a protein shake. I also try to replish the fluids and electrolites I lost during the workout. Personally I wouldn't eat pasta, I try to stay away from all the starchy carbs like pasta.
