I am sorry, I don't have a pic, but I can tell you a bit about mine. I had a C-sect in Dec 2010 with my son. 1 week after, I split several stitches. In my experience, it "DOESN'T Work". None of those fly by night products do!

Mine are gross! The only things that have made a dent for me is 30 Day Shred, and tricep dips (on the couch, etc). They seem to show the most amount of definition in the least amount of time. Good luck!

I was confused as well. Everyone on MFP said I needed to eat my exercise calories (which puts me at around 1500 cals a day) to lose weight. That seemed odd to me since less calories= more calorie deficit. So, I asked my Dr. And she said to alternate. Eat 1500 one week, and 1200 the next. She explained that will keep my…

Yes. I my first 50 lbs with Atkins. BUT, you are not advised to start working out until a month (or more) into the program. Low carb= low energy. It does work, but you really have to stick to it, and not cheat often!

I am wondering if that is what caused my tendonitis. I bought new shoes, with arch support right before thanksgiving. They felt GREAT until I got tendonitis.!!

Sports Med Dr, and my D.O., both said to give it a month, and if it is still hurting to come in and do xrays. Both agreed I could try PT and taping (which I started on Monday). Pay it fwd right! I know every surgery they give you a mile long list of possible complications. My husband doesn't want me to do it, bc of some of the risks.... but I just want to know what I am getting into before I make the leap :)

Well, because I have yo-yo'ed my whole life, I pretty much know what I would look like at every weight, LOL. I liked the way I looked the most between 145-150. That is my goal :)

Make smaller goals!! My goals range from 1) make sure you drink at least 64 oz of water a day, 2) Leave a small portion on your plate with each meal (can save up to 200 cal per meal!), 3) When I lose another 10 lbs and reach 160- I am going to purchase myself a nice pair of riding boots~

I am new to running, but I find myself addicted! My 30 min run is bliss to me. I get to not worry about work, my kid, my job, my life for 30 min, 6 days a week. Alone time is hard to come by for me. . . so I have come to look forward to my runs :)

Thank you! I was eating the 1200, because that is what MFP told me to eat!! Why does eating more calories help you lose?

I do it first thing in the morning, every morning. I know they say to only weigh once a week, but it is a motivation thing for me. If I wake up and the scale has inched up, I am extra motivated for that day. PS- I am a crazy person apparently lol :)

I am a drinker myself. Work out on your lunch, when you have "me time." Switch to vodka and crystal light :)
