  • What are you eating? When you are pushing your body this hard you need good nutrition and make every calorie count. Are you eating enough protein - you should be consuming about 100-130 grams a day if you want to build muscle (which burns a TON of calories when you aren't working out). • 5' 3" started at 141.5 CW - 132.5 GW - doesn't matter - I want to get to 20-22% body fat. Maybe 125? I just finished p90x and am going from 60-90 minutes hard workout to 30-45 minutes a day - so I am going with 1300 at the zone plan 40/30/30 (carb/protein/fat). • Holy *kitten* - 6 weeks for an x-ray???? Where?
  • I am always on the go - so a Special K Protein Meal Bars - 180 calories with 10 grams of protein - very filling. Great for the am breakfast or 3pm snack. I really like grilled zuchinni - if you are at home. Super yummy - really low in calories. Green beans - also very filling and super low calories (30 per cup).
  • I am 5' 3" - my husband and I do a yearly diet to lose all the weight that we gain the previous year.... however I still have had the weight creep. This year I weighed in at 140; I guess the "ideal" weight is 132 - but being high risk for diabetes - I am going for 129 by March 1st.
