  • Just remember that like any machine, your body must be fueled in order to run properly. If your caloric input leads you to fatigue, then adjust your intake. No steadfast rule on using or not, those calories depleted by exercise..
  • dear Stay @ Home: Age makes NO DIFFERENCE ! Eating habits and lifestyle DO! Start a food diary and be honest. If you are not very active, eat no more than 1500 cals/day...Eat lots of green vegatables and fruit; cut back on sugar and avoid anything made with white flour..Cut caffine intake also. You can do it !!
  • Stay the course ! Sometimes no weight loss is just your body adjusting to your new life style and adding the fitness program will help jump start the weight loss again. drink plenty of water, keep an accurate and honest food diary and walk at least 30 mins ./ day. Good luck
  • Stick with the original plan including writing intake down and drinking enough water! Less than 4 % of all "weight losers" maintain the weight loss for more than a year!!
