I drink a lot of water, so I know that is not it. I drink around 3 liters a day. I however do not eat bananas right now because I am currently doing phase 1 of the South Beach Diet. I like to do it as a cleanse. Anyone know if stores sell potassium?

If you plan a few times a week to go on a walk or bike ride, or whatever you want to do, you are less likely to back out of it. Make sure you chose someone who is dependable.

If you lower your sodium intake you are likely to have any water weight come off quickly. Going under your calories can send your body into starvation mode.

It would all depend on your bone structure and muscle mass. I have an athletic body type. I'm 5'5'' and I would look unhealthy going under 140 lbs.

Well that was killer. Especially since I already played tennis this evening. But I loved the challenge. I would have never gotten in that extra workout if it weren't for this. Thanks.

I just started yesterday, but my journey started 5 days ago. I have lost 8 lbs. so far. I hope I can keep this up because I have a lot to lose.
