I agree with this. I think you need to focus on yourself more, I'm very sorry this happened to you but keep your head up. I don't think your weight is the issue here, there is more going on and it isn't you. Keep going, unless you like drama cause that date would have been the end for me. Wow. Remember self-respect!

I have a Fitbit ultra and it tracks stairs, it's the older model and works well you can find them on Ebay.

Sorry but you need to give it time and see it as a lifestyle change and not judge your success strictly off the scale. Fruit (apples, oranges, grapes), nuts, oatmeal, yogurt, jello "sugerfree", I try to avoid sweets but when I do get a sweet tooth I will get some trail mix.
