Did 2 miles last night! Hoping to do another 2 tonight. If I don't hit 100, I'm OK with that. My mini goal is to do 2 miles a day for a total of 62 and if I get further...then YAY!:happy:

I like to do egg whites(1/4 cup) in a sprayed cup for 45 sec in the microwave and then place it in an english muffin. You can put whatever else you want with it. I usually do some turkey bacon or some cheese. :)

I didn't manage to get in what I wanted to for a workout but I did hit the treadmil daily and sometimes 3x's a day. But my weight this week is 195. Starting weight is....200 Week 2 weight.........196 Week 3......................195 Hope all of you do well in your weigh in's!

Week 2 number is 196. Starting weight was 200 and stayed the same last week. Didn't get to workout so much this weekend due to work. Hopefully next week will be better.
