There is no such thing as a "female" or "male protien powder... But I like the GNC AMP whey
-
Start weight training
-
You are seriously overthinking the 3500=pound thing..you may/may not gain..but I wouldn't stress about it.. it's a little silly, IMO.. just log it and move on
-
Go to bodybuilding.com ..a lot of good info
-
^^ Yup .. this is what I do. I just add in the excericse cals before bed or the next morning
-
Rome was not built in a day.... so the weight may not fall off as quickly as you like, but it WILL..give it time Plus if you just started in the BC, that could also contribute to the sudden gain.
-
No its not muscle weight, it's water
-
IA...also, you may want to add in weight training
-
What people fail to realize..it's not the necessarily the message, but the deliver..and your deliver was pi$$ poor ETA.. your message was pi$$ poor also
-
I add a TBS of coconut oil to my protien shakes. Its a really good way to add in those cals A
-
I dont log - spices leafty greans (spinach, romaine, etc) mustard (yellow) hot sauce black coffee (I will log the creamer) crystal light - I drink mostly water, so if I do have its maybe 8oz splenda - I use 3/4 packs per day everything else gets logged
-
Using the treadmill as an example yes... Typically I do 9 - 11mph for 30-60 seconds (depending on mood) then drop down to 3.5 -4 mph for 2 mins..repeat
-
EXACTLY... I feel like crawling out of the gym when I'm done
-
10lbs would not be considered heavy... Heavy for me (depending on what I'm working on) could mean close to failure at my 12th rep or 14th.. so for squats.. the heavest I can go is 150
-
Add more fat to your diet
-
IA with all of the above...and if you have access to a gym, use the stepmill/stairmaster. That beast will also help your lower half : )
-
Gotta love these MFP experts... some of the BS advice people give is mind blowing... OP.. disregard the BS advice from this person
-
-
Thats a personal choice (excercise)..however it is very easy to tack on calories, without feeling stuffed - add good fats (EVOO, coconut oil), nuts, peanut butter, avocados etc - choose calorie dense foods
-
I disagree... There are better calc's on the internet to determine caloric intake for weight loss/maintenance. MFP could do a better job with the default settings, Macro's etc...
-
WAY UP....the default setting for protien is extremely low
-
Yup.. you can't eat what's not there. I have a 5 year-old and I won't deprive her of some of the treats she likes, so when I do buy any sweets and such, its something that i wouldn't even eat if I was starving, LOL... A bit selfish, but there is no temptation
-
This.. Why are youe eating 1200 for Maint? I would think it woul dbe higher.. Maybe you should try to gradually increase your cals to whatever your maint level is
-
Stretch
-
Not at all
-
Go to your doctor.
-
I agree.... If I had a dime for every eat back/don't eat back thread that is created on a dialy basis, I would have retired 2 years ago:bigsmile:
-
^^^ This .. If people were to grasp THIS there would be a lot less threads on the eat back/dont eat back excercise calories. MFP DOES NOT FACTOR your excercise calories, hence would be the reason it's suggested that you eat them back. I have my caloric intake already set to where my exercise calories are already factored…

I never post also, but this was beyond ridiculous. She looks fab, and people are just trying to undermine her successes...green eyed monsters are in full effect today
-
No I dont think she read the original post at all. Reading is so fundamental. It would clear up 90% of the fu%kery going on in this thread. That and people are just jealous, lmao.
