I bought the cleanse about two weeks ago from a friend that had great results from the full 24 day challenge. However, I think it was more of an overall lifestyle change for her since she basically started working out and eating right all at the same time she started the program. I bought the 10 day cleanse since I was…

I'm 5'7" and currently around 145 My measurements are 33.5/28.5/37.75. I would like to get to about 130-135. My body fat is between 18 and 19%, but I feel a bit bulky because I have larger legs. Basically, I want to continue toning while also getting a leaner look.

I use fitbit and I absolutely love it. While I have not lost much weight since I started using it, I have dropped 1.5% body fat, which is pretty good considering that I was already under 20% when I bought it. I hope you get good use out of yours!

Today was not such a great day for me in terms of calories..in fact, it was terrible. I can walk away with a valuable lesson learned though: food does not need to be the enemy, and weight loss is not defined by our mistakes, but rather by our overall progress. One day will not kill us, and one wrong move does not mean the…

On days I don't work out, I am for 1600-1700. On days I just do about half an hour, I aim for 1800-1900, which is eating back my exercise calories. I'm pretty active, so some days, I'll have field hockey practice for an hour and a half, about 45 minutes of lifting, and then I'll do an extra half hour of cardio, so I am…

Heyy. I'm a college student too, so I definitely understand this situation. Basically what I have been doing is hitting my school's salad bar, as well as grabbing a piece of fruit with every meal. Another good option would be a simple turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread as long as you skip the cheese and mayo. I have also…
