i've veered off the road and i'm trying to get back. i'm going to reread the road map so i can get back on track. and i'm supposed to start back lifting weights tomorrow. i'm feeling intimidated at this new gym but I have to conquer this fear.

If its too easy she says to up the weight but not so much that you wont be able to complete the reps and keep good form.

^^^ i was going to ask the same thing? if you are looking at her livefit program. she talks about weights and reps in the notes area. I'm looking at starting tomorrow.

i agree with this poster. since you are in atlanta i would say go to peachtree running or Phidippides. i got fitted and its made my running so much better.

i saw a post about this yesterday i believe. She was lifting heavy and her thighs got bigger. she said a trainer told her to lighten the load and do more reps. to concentrate on sculpting rather than building muscle.

i use runkeeper however where i run inside the GPS doesn't work.
