Every single day I go over in sugar and sodium. I don't even worry about it anymore. A lot of the sugar is natural sugar, and the sodium, well I have low blood pressure anyway.

I love the trader joe's brand vanilla soy milk. Best soy milk in my opinion.

To gain weight I started eating 2600 cal per day but it's a real struggle for me, mainly because I don't get up early enough in the day. I did manage to eat 2600 for a straight week but saw minimal weight gain, so I'm thinking of trying to go up to 3000 a day but I'm not sure how I will get the extra calories since I…
