  • Didn't do anything in Friday but Saturday I ran 7.5km (4.6 miles)in 48mins and today -Sunday- I wasn't going to run but ate over my calorie allowance so ran if off doing 4.4kms (2.7miles) in 29mins. Feel better now I'm back in the green!!! :wink:

  • What about stirfries? I slice any vegies I like into strips. Choose your meat and cut into strips too. Then in a non stick frying pan or wok on a hot heat quickly "fry" the meat with a little stock (about 1tablespoon more if needed) until meat is cooked.
