Congrats!!! That's a GREAT feeling. Although, I don't think that it ever goes away once you've been bitten by the "bug"
-
Just have fun and keep moving if you miss a move. NO one will judge, everyone is too busy having fun. Keep going back, you'll get the moves.
-
Congrats, girl!!! That's a great BUMMER!!!

This may sounds obvious, but you need to read the read directions on the package carefully. There are some brands that require soaking. As a rule of thumb, of you'll need twice as much water as rice.

Once a week.

Do you know if the BodPod dunks you?

Personally, I'm not a fan of sweat. My husband's a "sweater" and it freaks me out if his sweaty arm accidentally mine. However, of all public places to sweat, the gym is THE PLACE. Better there than at an office, or something.

1000 cal deficit here, too. How long have you all had your bugg?
-
Definitely...But on my longers runs or race, I end up tuning it out after 10 miles or so

Love this!!! I must load up my menu with these foods.

Oh, that's right about the running exercises. I forgot about that. Thanks for the reminder.

I started running, started Turbo Kick classes and added strength training. Find an activity you love so that you're excited about doing it. Of course, like it's been said, watch your caloric intake so that you are eating enough.

Complete my second marathon in 5 hours.

Hi! Hi! I know what you mean. I have my moments where I don't track....BUH-NANAS, right?? I love how supportive the community is.
-
Yes, you should create a deficit. However, if it's a large deficit, your body will go into starvation mode. When your body does this, it'll hang to every calorie you consume (because it thinks it won't be getting anything for a long time. So even if you are well below on calories, you won't be losing what's expected. Hope…

That's awesome! The same thing happens to me. Keep that momentum going.
-
Personally, I would still keep it at weekly. THat way you can catch any slip up before it becomes a setback.
-
Agree with above. How tall are you? As long as you are within your healthy BMI, and YOU are happy, then let the comments just roll off. You worked hard to get there, don't worry about what anyone else says, even if they are close friends.
-
This is great information...Thanks for posting.
-
That's awesome!! I can't wait to hear about it either. I love running races!!!
-
Welcome!! MFP is awesome...Great people!!

It's possible the foods you're eating are not agreeing with you. I find that after eating processed or fast foods. My stomach seems to go haywire.
-
MFP is great!!! It's such a supportive community.
