It's a great journey... bought my first medium sized shirt in a VERY long time! Take it one day at a time and don't beat yourself when you have a 'blip' ... you'll have them, that's guaranteed. Just remember that it's a lifestyle change and not to be tempted to make that change too quickly.

I did the same thing... the only difference is that I can honestly say I enjoyed the weekend; I don't feel an ounce of guilt and I know that I'm trying to win the overall war, not just the battle. I say enjoy the weekend with no regrets and get back on track today! We have to have fun and enjoy.
